How long does order processing take?＋
Orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How long does delivery take and how much does shipping cost?＋
Standard shipping usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch and costs $4.99. Orders of $29.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Expedited shipping via DHL or FedEx takes approximately 5 business days and costs an additional $29.99. Delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays or peak-season conditions.
How can I track my order?＋
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipping label is created. You can also track your order through your MORIKITH customer account.
What materials are MORIKITH products made from?＋
Depending on the product, MORIKITH items are made from food-grade silicone or TPR. Materials vary by style, so please check the individual product page for exact material information.
Although some products resemble real food, they are not edible. Do not bite, chew or swallow any part of the product.
Why might my product look slightly different from the photos?＋
Each MORIKITH product is handmade or hand-finished. Small differences in color, pattern, surface finish, bubbles, texture and decorative placement may occur.
These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects unless they affect normal use.
What is your return and refund policy?＋
Unopened, unused and unsqueezed products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or squeezed sensory products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
For returns unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, MORIKITH will review the situation and provide a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

What should I do if my package is lost or my order arrives damaged?＋
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and tracking number.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at morikith@outlook.com. Please include your order number, clear product photos, original packaging photos and a photo of the shipping label.
Please keep the product and its original packaging until we have completed our review.
