We want you to love your MORIKITH piece. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unopened, unused and unsqueezed

In its original condition and original packaging

Returned with all included accessories, complimentary items and replacement parts

Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened, used or squeezed sensory products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
Before returning any product, please email us at morikith@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours. Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns unrelated to product quality—including change-of-mind returns—the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MORIKITH is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being sent back to us.
Inspection and Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at morikith@outlook.com.

Please keep the product and all original packaging until we have completed our review.
After reviewing the issue, MORIKITH will provide a refund, replacement or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.
Handmade Product Variations
MORIKITH products are handmade or hand-finished. Small differences in color, pattern, surface finish, bubbles, texture and decorative placement are natural characteristics of handmade products.
Minor variations that do not affect normal use are not considered defects.
Damage caused by improper use, sharp objects, fingernails, excessive pulling, incorrect storage, natural wear or an incorrectly performed air-removal procedure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
