The outer shell features a soft ivory base with scattered caramel-brown patches and visible mixed texture throughout, giving every ball a handmade, one-of-a-kind appearance. Inside, the ball is filled with a combination of crushed ice-style pieces, rice-like beads, and strip-shaped sensory filling, creating a distinctive crunchy and rustling feel when squeezed.
At approximately 6 cm / 2.36 in, it fits comfortably in one hand and is easy to squeeze, press, knead, and reshape. Each order also includes 1 replacement ball skin.

Why can the feel of my sensory ball change over time?＋
After repeated use, excess air may gradually enter the ball and change its firmness or overall hand feel. This does not necessarily mean the product is defective.
Not every sensory ball requires air removal. It is an optional care step only when excess air has noticeably affected the feel.
How can I remove excess air from my sensory ball?＋
First, gently push the trapped air upward toward the gathered seal at the top of the ball.
Using a clean medical syringe, insert only the very tip of the needle into the center opening of the gathered seal. Keep the needle shallow so that the tip remains in the air pocket and does not enter the filling.
Slowly pull the syringe plunger to remove the air, then withdraw the needle. That’s all.
Why is a syringe not included, and who should perform this procedure?＋
Syringes and needles are sharp items and cannot be included with the product because of shipping restrictions.
Air removal is optional and should only be performed carefully by a responsible adult. Keep all sharp tools away from minors and pets.
Damage caused by puncturing the wrong area, inserting the needle too deeply or using the tool incorrectly is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Is wear or tearing of the outer skin normal?＋
The soft outer skin is a replaceable wear component. Its lifespan depends on squeezing force, frequency of use, fingernails and contact with rough or sharp surfaces.
Natural wear caused by extended use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Each handmade sensory ball includes one complimentary replacement outer skin for future use.
How should I care for and clean my sensory ball?＋
Use the ball with clean hands and smooth fingernails. Avoid pinching, twisting, overstretching or pressing it against rough surfaces.
Gently wipe the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to dry completely. Do not use alcohol, bleach, harsh cleaners or abrasive materials.
Keep the ball away from sharp objects, direct sunlight and high temperatures. Stop using it immediately if the outer skin tears or the filling leaks.
